Adam Plutko (Junior, right-handed pitcher)
on hosting a Regional at Jackie Robinson Stadium
"It's the fourth straight year that we have been able to host and that's huge having home-field advantage and knowing our own field. It's going to be really big for us and it's a testament to how hard we have worked this season."

on the team's mindset entering the Regional
"The biggest thing is just keeping it game to game and pitch to pitch and not thinking too far ahead. It's about our first game and after that it's about the next one, so we're just going to try to keep it game to game and pitch to pitch."

Pat Valaika (Junior, infielder)
on hosting a Regional at Jackie Robinson Stadium
"We love playing at home. We played pretty well down the stretch and I think we deserve the right to play at home. It's great for our fans since no one has to travel very far. We've hosted Regionals at Jackie Robinson Stadium the last few years so we're pretty comfortable at home."

on entering this year's Tournament with a wealth of postseason experience
"We have got a lot of experience on this team from last year with all of the guys who went to Omaha, but we also have a lot of new players so it's a good mix of experience and youth. I think we have great leadership on this team and we know where we want to get to and what it's like to reach that goal. We just have to come together as a team and take it one game at a time. We don't want to focus on Omaha; just focus on each game and see what happens."

David Berg (Sophomore, right-handed pitcher)
on hosting a Regional at Jackie Robinson Stadium
"It's great being able to host a Regional at home and getting to play in front of your own fans. It can be tough having to sit around and wait for a game when you're not at home. So it's a big advantage to have that feeling of comfort playing in the friendly confines of Jackie Robinson Stadium instead of going out and playing at an unfamiliar stadium. It's definitely nice to have a home-field advantage."

on the difference between entering last year's postseason vs. this year's
"I feel a lot more comfortable this time around and feel that I don't have to worry about as much. Since I've been through a postseason already, I think it will be an easier path for me and allow me to just go out there and compete."
