UCLA Adds 19 Standouts to 2014 Recruiting Class

SIGNING DAY CENTRAL

LOS ANGELES - Nineteen outstanding high school seniors and one transfer graduate student have signed national letters-of-intent, grants-in-aid and/or offers of admission to UCLA, Bruin head football coach Jim Mora announced today. Thirteen of the prep players attended high school in the state of California, three in Texas, and one each from Louisiana, Colorado and Indiana. The class is ranked No. 18 by Rivals.com, No. 19 nationally by Scout.com, and No. 27 by ESPN.

Malcolm Bunche – Offensive Line, Newark HS in Newark, DE 6-6, 320
 Will enroll as a graduate student in the spring quarter after graduating from the University of Miami (Fla.) … Started games in three seasons for the Hurricanes … Enrolled at Miami in January of 2010 and then redshirted during the 2010 season … Saw action in eight games and made one start, against Virginia, in the 2011 campaign … Started all 12 games at left tackle in the 2012 season for the ACC’s fifth-best offense … Saw action in 11 games in 2013 and made one start at left tackle for an offense which averaged 447 yards and 36 points per game … Four-star recruit coming out of high school according to rivals.com … Ranked the No. 18 prep offensive guard in the nation by scout.com.
