HONOLULU, Hawai'i - Junior Stephany LaRosa and sophomore Mysha Sataraka each hit home runs, while senior Jessica Hall turned in her second complete-game shutout to start the season, striking out nine, as the 13th-ranked Bruins defeated Delaware 7-0 on Saturday at the Rainbow Wahine Softball Stadium.

The Bruins (4-0) will face Hawai'i in the championship game of the Oceanic Time Warner Cable Paradise Classic. Scheduled start time is 6 p.m. PT, but the game will likely be pushed back due to previous contests having run long. Live audio and stats will be available here.

Hall (2-0) retired the first nine Delaware (0-4) batters she faced before walking the leadoff batter in the top of the fourth. She allowed her first and only hit, a leadoff bloop single, in the sixth. Hall struck out the side in the third and fanned a pair in the sixth, striking out at least one in every inning but the fourth.

UCLA had seven hits, with LaRosa recording a pair of hits and three runs batted in and Sataraka driving in three.

The Bruins got on the board in their first at-bat. With one out, freshman Delaney Spaulding reached on an infield single in the 5-6 hole and LaRosa launched a homer to left-center for her first of the season to make it 2-0.

UCLA added three more on one swing of the bat in the third. With Spaulding on third and LaRosa on first after both walked, Sataraka lifted her second homer of the weekend to right-center to increase the Bruins' advantage to 5-0.

The Bruins scored two more in the fourth. Sophomore Brittany Moeai was hit by a pitch to open the inning and was pinch-run for by junior Jessica Amaral, who scored on a double to left-center by junior Gracie Goulder to make it 6-0. Three batters later, LaRosa singled through the left side to plate Goulder with UCLA's seventh run.
