LOS ANGELES - The sixth-ranked UCLA Bruins (6-3) make their Pac-12 Networks debut this week in a double-header at USC's Merle Norman Stadium. The Bruins will first take on Loyola Marymount (4-6) on the Pac-12 Networks at 3:00 p.m., followed by a bout with No. 2 USC (10-1) at 4:30 p.m., also on the Pac-12 Networks.
Loyola Marymount is unranked and enters the week on a one-match winning streak (4-1 over CS Northridge) and has won three of its last four duals. The Lions have played all five of the top teams in the country, accounting for all six of their losses (including two to No. 5 Long Beach State).
The second-ranked Trojans enter the tri-meet with UCLA and LMU having won nine consecutive duals, including a 4-1 home win over No. 1 Pepperdine last week (new rankings are released tomorrow). That victory avenged USC's only loss on the year, a 5-0 setback in Malibu.
The Bruins are 2-0 all-time vs. Loyola Marymount, winning both matches last season 4-1, in UCLA's inaugural season. UCLA is 0-1 vs. the Trojans, falling 5-0 at USC on March 16, 2013.

The Bruins, under second year head coach Stein Metzger and assistants Jenny Johnson Jordan and Sarah Straton, are 9-10 overall in dual matches after going 3-7 last season. UCLA had a pair of teams reach the 2013 AVCA National Championships, Meg Norton and Kelly Reeves, as well as Nightingale and Becca Strehlow. Reeves became the first Bruin to earn AVCA All-America honors last year.
