The No. 5- ranked UCLA Mens Golf Team heads to the Lone Star State this weekend to participate at the Aggie Invitational in Bryan, TX. The two day tournament, hosted by Texas A&M University and held at the Traditions Golf Club, will take place from Saturday, April 6th and Sunday, April 7th. The teams will play 54 holes in total, beginning with two rounds on Saturday before Sunday's final 18.
The Bruins will send an experienced lineup to deal with a challenging 12-team field, calling upon seniors Pedro Figueiredo and Pontus Widegren in addition to junior Anton Arboleda, sophomore Manav Shah, and sophomore Matt Pinizzotto. Freshman Jonathan Garrick will also be competing as an individual. The Bruins enter as the highest-ranked team in the field, but the teams UCLA will face include difficult Pac-12 rival #12 Washington and #2 Alabama.
