The Bruins will travel to Ann Arbor, Mich. on September 10, 2022 in the first of two games between the teams. On September 2, 2023, UCLA will host the Wolverines at the Rose Bowl for the return game.
The Bruins and Wolverines have played 11 times, most recently in 2000, a 23-20 victory by 14th-ranked UCLA over third-ranked Michigan in the Rose Bowl. UCLA has not played at Michigan since 1996.
"This home-and-home series is one we believe fans of both universities, and fans of college football at the national level, will enjoy immensely," said Guerrero. "We're excited to face a quality opponent such as Michigan."
UCLA’s future non-conference schedules include Virginia in 2014 and 2015, Texas and Memphis in 2014, and UNLV and Nevada in 2015.
