Bruins Begin Prep for Colorado Game

Coach Mora addresses media after Tuesday's practice

The Bruins took the field early this morning and began preparations for Saturday's Pac-12 Conference battle at Colorado. It was another day of good work on the new turf and grass surfaces at Spaulding Field.

Some Bruin notes from the NFL's third weekend- Arizona - DL David Carter saw action for the Cardinals; Carolina - PK Justin Medlock did not attempt a field goal last week for the Panthers , Cleveland - LS Christian Yount saw action; Denver - WR Matthew Willis played but did not have a catch, S Rahim Moore started at free safety and led the team with nine tackles; Indianapolis - LB Justin Hickman saw action for the Colts and had two tackles ; Jacksonville - RB Maurice Jones-Drew gained 177 yards on the ground and scored a touchdown, TE Marcedes Lewis caught one pass; San Diego - OT Mike Harris started at left tackle for the Chargers; Tennessee - LB Akeem Ayers led the Titans with 16 tackles, including a sack, CB Alterraun Verner added nine stops; Washington - TE Logan Paulsen saw action; Minnesota - P Chris Kluwe kicked to a 45.3 yard average..
