UCLA Clinches Spot In Pac-12 Football Championship Game

Nov. 25, 2011

By virtue of Utah's 17-14 loss to Colorado on Nov. 25, UCLA has clinched the first-ever Pac-12 South Division title and will advance to face the North Division champion, either Oregon or Stanford, in the inaugural Pac-12 Championship Game on Dec. 2.

UCLA will conclude the regular season on Saturday evening against cross-town rival USC at the LA Coliseum.

"One of the goals we established as a team when we entered camp this fall was to play for the first-ever Pac-12 title," said head coach Rick Neuheisel. "Keeping in mind that we are still focused on beating USC tomorrow night, we are certainly excited to represent the South Division on December 2nd in the conference championship game."
