Forbath Named Pac-10 Special Teams Player Of The Week

Sophomore place kicker Kai Forbath has been named the Pac-10 Special Teams Player of the Week after kicking the game-winning field goal in overtime against Tennessee on Monday night in the Rose Bowl.

Forbath was a perfect two-for-two on field goals from 41 and 42 yards in UCLA's 27-24 upset win in overtime against Tennessee. The 42-yard field goal was the game winner in overtime.

This is Forbath's second career honor after having earned accolades during the 2007 season.

Also earning weekly honors were USC quarterback Mark Sanchez and Stanford cornerback Wopamo Osaisai.
