NCAA Zone E Diving Meet Results

Senior Paulina Guzman, sophomore Montana Monahan and freshman Annika Lenz travel to Colorado Springs this week for the NCAA Zone E Diving Meet to be held at the Air Force Academy's Cadet Natatorium.

The three-day event begins on Thursday with the 1-Meter competition. Preliminaries start at 10 a.m. PT, followed by the finals at 1 p.m. PT. All three Bruins will be participating in the 1-Meter.

The 3-Meter takes place on Friday, with prelims at 10 a.m. PT and finals at 1 p.m. PT. Guzman and Lenz will take part in the 3-Meter.

On Saturday, the Platform prelims begin at 10 a.m. PT, with the finals at 11:50 a.m. PT. Lenz and Monahan will represent UCLA in the Platform.

A total of 62 divers are entered in the 1-Meter, 60 in the 3-Meter and 49 in the Platform. The top three finishers in the 1- and 3-Meter, as well as the top two in the Platform, are guaranteed spots in next week's NCAA Championships in Minneapolis (March 20-22).

If one or more divers earn multiple guaranteed spots, an alternates list will be used in the following order: 3-Meter 4th Place, 1-Meter 4th Place, 3-Meter 5th Place, Platform 3rd Place, 1-Meter 5th Place, 3-Meter 6th Place, 1-Meter 6th Place, Platform 4th Place, 3-Meter 7th Place, 1-Meter 7th Place, 3-Meter 8th Place.
