WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - A total of 13 Bruins have been named to the 2014 Pac-12 Conference Women's Swimming and Diving All-Academic teams, as announced on Wednesday.

Three Bruins made the first two teams, as seniors Lauren Baker, Hayley Hacker and Anna Senko were each named First Team All-Academic, while senior Ting Quah, junior Noelle Tarazona and sophomore Arlyn Upshaw earned Second Team honors.

Seven Bruins were named to the Honorable Mention team, senior Jesse Bergman, juniors Taylor Carlson, Jessica Khojasteh and Kacey Milligan and sophomores Madison Applegate, Katy Campbell and Katie Kinnear.

Baker, Bergman, Quah and Senko earned All-Academic honors all three seasons eligible, as Baker and Senko were both First Team for the third straight year. Quah was named Second Team a year ago and Honorable Mention as a sophomore, while Bergman was Honorable Mention every season.

Hacker and Tarazona received their second All-Academic accolades. Hacker was First Team last season, while Tarazona moved up a team after earning Honorable Mention a year ago.

To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade point average, have swam in at least 50 percent of a team's meets and be at least a sophomore academically.

Five Bruins, Baker, Kinnear, Quah, Senko and Tarazona, completed the student-athlete double, also earning CSCAA Honorable Mention All-American accolades, joined on the team by senior Kathryn Murphy and freshmen Linnea Mack and Madison White.
