Ten Bruin swimmers head to Minneapolis for this week's NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center.

UCLA is taking part in four relays and seven individual races during the three-day meet.

All the action starts with Thursday trials at 9 a.m. PT, beginning with the 200 Freestyle Relay. The Bruins qualified for the race in their dual meet with USC on Feb. 17 when they set a school record with a time of 1:29.36. Sophomore Katy Campbell will take part in the 500 Free in the first individual trial of the morning. Campbell broke the school record in the event on day two of the Pac-12 Championships on Feb. 27 (4:42.39). Freshman Linnea Mack will make her first individual swim at the NCAA Championships in the 50 Free trial. She tied the school record in the event on day two of Pac-12's (22.45). The Thursday event finals start at 5 p.m. PT, with the 200 Free Relay and 500 Free opening the night's festivities. The fourth event will be the 50 Free.

On Friday, the trials start with the 200 Medley Relay. The Bruins set a school record against USC with a time of 1:38.38. UCLA has two swimmers in the 100 Butterfly, senior Ting Quah and junior Noelle Tarazona. Quah will then come right back in the 200 Free trial. A pair of freshmen take to the pool in the 100 Backstroke, as Mack and Madison White hit the water. Mack set a school record in the event in Texas in December (52.59), while White had the fourth-best swim in UCLA history in Austin (53.43). The morning trials wrap up with the 800 Free Relay. The Bruins qualified for NCAA's with a 7:06.60 on the first day of the Pac-12's (Feb. 26). Friday finals begin at 5 p.m.

The last day of the Championships is on Saturday with 9 a.m. PT trials. The first race for a Bruin will be the fourth of the morning, the 200 Butterfly. Tarazona is qualified for the event, while senior Anna Senko is the third alternate. UCLA will also swim in the 400 Free Relay. The Bruins set a school record in the event in the Texas meet (3:17.09). The morning session ends with the start of the 1650 Free, with Campbell and senior Lauren Baker representing the Bruins. Campbell had a 16:05.95 on the final day of Pac-12's (March 1) to put her fourth on UCLA's all-time list. The last heat of timed finals for the 1650 Free will be at 5 p.m. when the Saturday finals start.

Along with Baker, Campbell, Mack, Quah, Senko, Tarazona and White, senior Kathryn Murphy, junior Taylor Carlson and sophomore Katie Kinnear are also traveling to Minneapolis, the latter three competing in the UCLA relays.
