Giron, from Thousand Oaks, Calif., culminated his run with a 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 victory over fellow American Jason Jung in Sunday's final. Jung was seeded third in the singles draw, while Giron was unseeded.
Jung was the second seeded player that Giron beat on the week, as he also downed sixth-seeded Mate Pavic of Croatia in Saturday's semifinals.
It marks the third professional singles title for Giron, who also captured singles crowns at Laguna Niguel and Claremont in 2013.
In the men's doubles final, former UCLA player Dennis Novikov and his partner Connor Smith came up just a little short, falling to top-seeded Sekou Bangoura and Evan King, 6-4, 6-4.
