UCLA vs. USC Series
Friday marks the third meeting between UCLA and USC this year, with each team owning a win. The Trojans struck first, taking a 4-3 win over the Bruins at the USTA/ITA National Team Indoors in Houston back on Feb. 16. UCLA returned the favor less than 10 days later, downing USC, 5-2 at the Los Angeles Tennis Center on Feb. 25. The Bruins lead the all-time series 73-42.

UCLA checks in at No. 5 in this week's ITA team rankings. In singles, the Bruins have two players ranked in the top 10 in America in No. 1 Clay Thompson and No. 5 Marcos Giron. Other Bruins ranked in singles are Mackenzie McDonald (No. 32), Gage Brymer (No. 74) and Karue Sell (No. 94).
