San Diego, Calif. - The UCLA women's tennis team is guaranteed a title at the 2013 USTA/ITA Southwest Regionals, as two Bruin players will square off in Monday's singles final at San Diego State's Aztec Tennis Center.

UCLA junior Chanelle Van Nguyen and freshman Jennifer Brady both posted semifinal singles wins on Sunday. Van Nguyen, the tournament's No. 9 seed, was absolutely dominant in her semifinal showdown with USC's Brynn Boren, as she lost just one game in a 6-1, 6-0 victory. In the bottom half of the draw, Brady, the tournament's No. 13 seed, was also a straight-set winner, downing Pepperdine's fourth-seeded Lorraine Guillermo, 6-4, 6-3.

Brady actually has the chance for a double in San Diego, as she and partner Catherine Harrison moved into the doubles final with an 8-1 upset over top-seeded Kaitlyn Christian and Sabrina Santamaria. Christian and Santamaria are the defending NCAA Doubles Champions. The fourth-seeded Brady and Harrison will square off against USC's Boren and Zoe Katz in Monday's final.
