2004: Transferred to UCLA and was forced to redshirt because of transfer rules.
2003 (at Washington State): Named to Cougar Challenge All-Tournament Team. Team co-captain. Played in first three matches of the season then missed six with a high ankle sprain in her right leg. Returned for the start of the Pac-10 season. Averaged 9.99 assists per game. Added 2.32 digs per game, third among starters. Had a triple-double against Idaho with 10 kills, 32 assists and 16 digs. Sprained her left ankle in the Idaho match on Oct. 28 and re-tweaked it against USC on Nov. 1, ending her season.
2002 (at Washington State): Selected to the Pac-10 All-Freshman first team. Named to Cougar Challenge and Nanook Classic All-Tournament teams. Averaged 12.35 assists per game, ranking third in the Pac-10 standings, setting to five senior hitters. Her .253 attack percentage was second-best on the team.
Prep: Varsity volleyball letterwinner two years at Westlake High. Did not compete as a sophomore due to a shoulder injury. Was the team captain and MVP as a junior . Warriors were Marmonte League co-champions and CIF semifinalists that season. Larson was named as the league's co-MVP, All-CIF Southern Section Div. II second team and All-Area. As a senior, Westlake won the Ventura and Royal tournaments, where Larson was selected as the MVP. Team won league title and advanced to the CIF semifinals. Team MVP and Marmonte League MVP. Daily News Player of the week twice. Los Angeles Times Marmonte League standout. All-CIF Southern Section Division II second team. Ventura County High School All-Stars Player of the Year.
