Overview - Split time at setter as a freshman with the Bruins running a 6-2 offense. Expected to continue her strong contributions to the program. Had a very good spring practice.

2002 - Honorable Mention Pac-10 All-Freshman team. Played in 32 of UCLA's 34 matches, teaming with Krystal McFarland at setter. Had double-figure digs three times. Career-high 15 digs came on Sept. 14 against Cal State Fullerton. Posted double-figure assists in 27 matches and had more than 20 assists in 15 of those matches. Reached 30 assists twice, with a career-high 35 vs. Washington State on Sep. 28 and 30 at California on Oct. 4. Had multiple service aces on two occasions, against Washington State on Oct. 25 and vs. Butler on Nov. 29. Scored a season-high three points on Sept. 28 against Washington State, recording a kill and two service aces.

Prep - Led Marymount High School to the Division IV title as a junior and senior. Los Angeles Times Player of the Year as a senior. Named as one of the Palisades Post athletes of the year for 2001. State, CIF Southern Section and Sunshine League MVP as a senior. Two-time First-team All-State. Three-time First-team All-CIF. Four-time first-team All-League. Volleyball Magazine First-team All-American. Student Sports Magazine first-team All-America. Volleyball Magazine Fab 50 selection. Played her club volleyball with Spoilers from 2000-01, played the 2002 season with Sports Shack, finishing second at the Davis tournament.
