Den FAQs

I cannot purchase a student ticket or guest ticket online. When I log in it doesn't show any items or says it items are unavaiable. Is something wrong with the site or are tickets sold out?
This error is caused by creating an account rather than utilizing one that has already been made for you. As a UCLA Student, you already have an account in the ticket system.

Your Account ID is simply your UID (if your UID begins with "00" add a "1" in front of your UID). If you have never logged into your account before, you will need to click "Forgot Your Password" and enter your Account ID in the pop up box. Your password will be emailed to the address you have provided to the Registrar's Office. Once you log in for the first time, you can change your password for future log ins. For any questions on this matter, please contact the Central Ticket Office. (M-F, 10am-4pm, cto@tickets.ucla.edu, 310-825-2101)

Where do I pick up my tickets?
Your tickets for all home games will be electronically placed on your Bruin Card. Make sure to bring your Bruin Card with you to the games. If you are purchasing a guest ticket for a friend or family member you will either receive the ticket upon purchase at the CTO or be able to print the ticket once purchased online.

What if I forgot or lost my Bruin Card before a game?
Before fall quarter begins, students without a Bruin Card should report to the Customer Servce window outside of Gate C to gain access into the stadium. Once school is officially in session, you MUST have a Bruin Card on gameday to use your Den Sports Pass.

How do I get my Den T-shirt?
Den Season Ticket holders can pick up their complimentary Den T-Shirt at the following locations:

  • At one of the first four home football games during the two hours prior to kick-off outside of Gate C at the Rose Bowl. First four game dates are as follows:
    • 9/6 Memphis
    • 10/4 Utah
    • 10/11 Oregon
    • 11/1 Arizona
  • On campus in Bruin Plaza on the Wednesday of Welcome Week, September 25, from 10am-4pm.
  • At a select number of Men's Basketball games in fall quarter and in winter quarter. More details to come once the schedule is announced.  2 hours prior to tip-off outside the Northwest entrance to Pauley Pavilion (while supplies last).

What if I forgot or lost my Bruin Card before a game?
Students must absolutely have their Bruin Card to enter a game. Another form of photo ID will not be accepted. YOU MUST bring it!

The one expection to this rule is football games that occur before school starts. If school officially has not begun, a student may enter the Rose Bowl with an alternative form of ID. If you do not have your Bruin Card for the 8-31 and 9-21 game, please see the supervisor at Gate C of the Rose Bowl on gameday to obtain a replacement ticket.

Where is the Central Ticket Office (CTO)?
The CTO makes up the west end of the James West Alumni center, adjacent to the southeast corner of Pauley Pavilion.

Football FAQs

Can I get tickets for friends who don’t attend UCLA?
UCLA students may purchase up to two (2) guest tickets for each home football game for $25 each. Visit the guest tickets page or the CTO to learn more.

How do I get to the Rose Bowl?
Two options:

  1. Ride the Rooter Bus! Roundtrip rooter bus tickets to the Rose Bowl are $7 for students and can be purchased online. Students can also purchase a rooter bus season pass for $25 and reserve a seat for the games they would like to attend. The deadline to reserve a seat is 4pm the business day before the game.
  2. Drive to the Rose Bowl! Get there early to enjoy a festive pre-game atmosphere. Parking is $20. For students without cars that wish to arrive early, you are encouraged to attend Den meetings where carpools are established.

Where does the bus pick up?
Rooter Buses leave from Charles E. Young Drive at the top of Bruin Walk (near the entrance to De Neve) 2.5 hours prior to game time, with the last bus leaving 1.5 hours prior. The bus will drop you off in the same place after the game.

Where do I enter the Rose Bowl?
The student entrance is at Gate C.

What do I need to bring?
The basics: Bring your blue UCLA gear, your voices, your friends, your Bruin Card and some water. (One unopened water bottle per fan is permitted inside the Rose Bowl. Water fountains near all restrooms are a perfect place to refill all game long!)

Getting fancy: Face paint, sunscreen, hat, jacket (for night games), snacks (no hard containers but a bag of chip/crackers is clutch)

Is there anything I should not bring to football games?
Your high school friends that go to USC. Or red clothing. We WILL make you take it off.

But seriously, here are the prohibited items at the Rose Bowl.

Basketball FAQs

Where is the student section in Pauley Pavilion?
There are three parts to the student section in Pauley Pavilion. The Den will occupy the floor level sideline seats across from the team benches, the floor level behind the basket near the visitor’s bench and upper level behind the basket seating on that same side.

Seating within these sections is general admission, first-come, first-served. To get seats on the floor and in the front of the section, you will need to obtain a priority number. For some games, getting a priority number entails camping out, a time honored UCLA tradition. Full details on campouts can be found on the campout policy page.

Where do I enter Pauley Pavilion?
Students will enter the venue at the Northwest Entrance Gate. Den members with priority passes will line up 90 minutes prior to game time, in order of their priority number, and doors open 60 min before game time. For students without a priority number, seating is first-come, first-served.

Can I get tickets for friends who don’t attend UCLA?
UCLA students may purchase one guest ticket for each home basketball game for $25, if space permits. Guest tickets will only be available on game day. Visit the guest tickets page or the CTO to learn more.

Is this a basketball?
YES THAT'S A BASKETBALL!! Is that the court? YES THAT’S THE COURT!
