LOS ANGELES - The UCLA Athletic Department is giving fans of the Bruins' women's basketball and women's gymnastics teams the opportunity to choose new seats for the best season ticket locations for the upcoming 2013-14 seasons. This unique opportunity is a Select-A-Seat Open House on Saturday, June 8 starting at 3:00 p.m. in Pauley Pavilion.

Participants of the Open House will receive an actual view of available seats for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. Admission is free and open to everyone for this one-day-only event. Fans are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start as the event will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m.

The six-time NCAA champion Bruin gymnastics team returns 11 athletes from last year's squad that placed fourth at the NCAA Championships, including five-time Pac-12 Champion Olivia Courtney and All-Americans Danusia Francis and Sophina DeJesus. Also returning will be three world-class athletes who were out last year with injuries, in 2008 Olympic medalist Samantha Peszek and World Championships competitors Christine Peng-Peng Lee and Mattie Larson.
UCLA's women's basketball team returns two starters, including senior guard Thea Lemberger (8.6 ppg, 2.3 rpg) and senior forward Atonye Nyingifa (11.6 ppg, 7.1 rpg), from a team that was ranked in the Top 25 for the final 17 weeks of the 2012-13 season. The Bruins advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament and ended the year with an overall record of 26-8 and a third-place finish in the Pac-12 Conference (14-4). The Bruins also welcome in four new players from all over the United States (Florida, Minnesota, Arizona) and the world (Sweden and Portugal) and will host a competitive home schedule featuring nationally prominent programs as well as a local flavor against teams from the Big West and West Coast Conferences.
