Nyingifa averaged 25.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in two games as UCLA earned weekend victories over Oregon, 88-83, and Oregon State, 66-63. Nyingifa scored a career-high 34 points against the Ducks to help the Bruins erase a 13-point deficit with 6:27 to play in the contest. She hit the eventual game-winning shot on a jumper from the right elbow with 1:12 remaining to give UCLA an 84-81 lead and then made a pair of free throws with 0:35 left to give the Bruins an 86-83 lead and ice the game. Against the Beavers on Monday, Nyingifa scored 17 points and added 11 rebounds and five steals to record her sixth consecutive and 10th overall double-double. Nyingifa leads the Bruins in scoring (18.0 ppg), rebounds (9.1 rpg) and steals (46).
Lemberger's three-pointer with 3:44 to play against Oregon gave UCLA its first lead of the half, 80-79. Her basket keyed a decisive 16-2 run that propelled UCLA to victory over the Ducks. Lemberger finished the game with a season-high-tying 25 points and a career-best six three-pointers.
