House Staff
Game Management Staff members take and count tickets; provide spectators with seating and stadium directions; solve spectator problems and ensure a safe atmosphere for fans to enjoy the game.

Consider your willingness to meet the following general job requirements before continuing with the application process:

      1. You must present a neat personal appearance and comply with the uniform requirements
      2. You must be able to stand for up to 4 hours
      3. You must take responsibility for arriving on time and notifying the game management office promptly when you cannot
      4. To remain on the active list and continue receiving job assignments, you must work a minimum number of games with satisfactory job performance
      5. You must comprehend and carry out oral directions from supervisors and written instructions from any printed material
      6. You must serve the needs of our spectators in a professional and courteous manner
          a. Acknowledge our spectators - meet, greet and volunteer to assist them before they ask
          b. Listen carefully to EVERYTHING our spectators are requesting BEFORE responding
          c. Take action - give direction; get help; make a report; find an answer; there is always something we, as staff members, "can do" to assist our spectators
          d. Communicate - give explanations not orders, in a voice that is empathetic to our spectators' requests (it's not what we say but how we say it). Diffuse the anger of our spectators (don't fuel it) by remaining calm and offering alternatives - absolutely refuse to get in the last word or respond to the last word of an angry spectator
          e. You must be willing to miss some of the action on the field to focus your attention on the action in the stands and stadium, especially during pre-game, half time and, between quarters and plays

To join the game management staff, you must become a University employee. You must be at least 18 years of age and provide identity and work eligibility documents.
