Bruins Improve National Ranking

Nov. 13, 2012

Los Angeles, Calif. - Following an outstanding team performance in last Friday's NCAA West Regional, the men's cross country squad has moved up to the No. 22 spot in the USTFCCCA national poll. The men's team, which finished third in the regional competition up in Seattle, improved five spots upon last week's 27th-place ranking in the national coaches poll.

The Bruins will compete for their first NCAA title since their last appearance in the NCAA Championships in 2008. That year the men finished 26th at the championship meet.
