Tuesday's practice was once again split into two groups so the players could have more reps and receive more coaching from the staff.
Two new players were participating with the second group. Freshman fullback jayson Almond is now in camp after solving issues with the NCAA Clearinghouse. Tight end Joseph Fauria also participated with the second group after being admitted to school late yesterday. Fauria must sit out the 2009 season due to NCAA transfer rules but, accoring to head coach Rick Neuheisel, " he will work as the scout team tight end and give our defense a great look this year."
