The Bruins ended Saturday's practice with a short scrimmage of approximately 25 plays. The defense plated well, with freshman safety Dietrich Riley making two interceptions.
The offense had some good runs and a nice 27-yard reception by Ricky Marvray, but also had issues with some missed assignments.
Head coach Rick Neuheisel spoke about the scrimmage, and other items, with the media following practice. Overall, he said he was pleased with where the team is at this point in practice.
