This morning, the San Gabriel Valley Tribune ran a story on the latest information about the Rose Bowl renovations.
Monday was the last day the old scoreboards were in place at the Rose Bowl. When Bruin fans enter the stadium for the season's first home game (Sept. 10 vs. San Jose State), they will be greeted by a state-of-the-art LED video board measuring 30 feet by 78 feet.
Phase I of the renovation also includes wider tunnels and additional aisles in the seating area in the South end zone among other improvements.
