Congratulations to sophomore golfer Anton Arboleda who is playing in the semifinals of the SCGA Match Play Championship this morning at Sandpiper GC near Santa Barbara. As of 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Arboleda was 2-up through eight holes. Yesterday, he defeated Joe Sanders 1-up in the Round of 16 and Jordan Nasser 1-up in the quarterfinals. Earlier this summer, Arboleda finished eighth at the Sahalee Players Championship and second at the Pacific Coast Amateur.
