UCLA sophomore Patrick Cantlay will receive the 2011 Mark H. McCormack Medal as the world's top ranked amateur player, the Royal & Ancient said this week. Cantlay cemented his place at the top of the rankings by finishing as the runner-up to Kelly Kraft at the U.S. Amateur Championship on Sunday. The presentation will take place Sept. 10-11 at the Walker Cup at Royal Aberdeen in Scotland.
