UCLA sophomore Patrick Cantlay, the world's No.1 ranked amateur golfer, received a sponsors exemption this week for the Frys.com Open, Oct. 3-9 at CordeValle Country Club in San Martin, CA. Cantlay is quite familiar with the course, having won his first collegiate tournament there in November 2010. This week, he is playing in the 111th U.S. Amateur Championship at Erin Hills.
