Sophomore Anton Arboleda qualified for the 2011 U.S. Amateur last night by winning a U.S. Amateur Qualifying tournament at North Ranch Golf Course in Westlake Village, CA. Arboleda finished the tournament with a score of five-under par and won by four strokes over the second place finisher. He will join teammates Gregor Main, Alex Kim and Patrick Cantlay in competing at the 111th U.S. Amateur, which will be played from August 22 to August 28 at the Erin Hills Country Club in Erin, Wisconsin.

Last year, Cantlay made the semifinals of the U.S. Amateur before losing to eventual champion Peter Uihlein of Oklahoma State.
