DAY CAMPS
The Day Camp is open to boys, ages 7-13, and is focused on teaching fundamental skills and introducing basic game strategy. This is an outstanding camp for those just learning soccer or for those already playing on teams. Campers are grouped according to age and ability, and each camper should bring his own soccer ball and a lunch from home. Check-in will take place on the first day of camp between 8:00-9:00am on the Pauley Pavilion North Concourse, adjacent to Lot #7, and the camp runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm daily. On the following days, campers can be dropped off as early as 8:30am. Parents/Guardians are required to sign out their campers daily at 3:00pm, and must be prepared to show proper identification.
AFTER CAMP INSTRUCTION
After Camp Instruction provides supervision for those campers whose parents require a later pick-up time, and additional instruction in various techniques each day: keepers, PK's & free kicks, defensive footwork, etc. Coaches will supervise your child between 3:30 and 4:30 pm on the IM Field. Separate instructions for After Camp Instruction pick-up will be emailed to you following registration. The cost is $100 for the entire session.
OVERNIGHT CAMPS
The Junior Overnight Camp is open to ages 11-13, and the Senior Overnight Camp is open to ages 14-18; both are designed for players who are seeking a more competitive session of soccer. In addition to field instruction, the overnight camps include viewing international game film, lectures on conditioning, and discussion of college options, all contributing to the development of a well-rounded soccer athlete. Striker and Goalkeeper camps offer more specialized instruction, specific to each position. The Striker Camp instruction includes movement off the ball, patterns to goal and finishing competition; the Goalkeeper Camp includes technical work on shot handling, diving, crosses, breakaways, foot skills and distribution and is appropriate for players with prior goalkeeper training. The Striker Camp is for boys only, the Keeper Camp is for boys AND girls. The Junior Overnight, Senior Overnight, Striker & Finishing and Goalkeeper camps will check-in between 1:00 and 2:00 pm on the first day, with camp activities to begin immediately thereafter. All overnight camps will check-out at 12noon on the final day of camp.
COMMUTERS
Commuter fees for overnight camps include instruction, as well as lunch and dinner. Commuters must check-in on the first day of camp at the same dorm location at the Resident campers. Commuter sessions on the following days will run from approximately 9:30 am to 7:45 pm. No commuter option is available for the Senior Overnight camp. A detailed daily schedule will be provided at check-in.
