A total of 324 UCLA student-athletes earned a spot on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll in the 2012 Fall Quarter. To make the Director's Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a grade-point average of at least 3.0 and pass at least 12 quarter units.
Of the 324 named to the Fall honor roll, 109 earned a 3.5 GPA or greater, and 24 earned a perfect 4.0.
Football led all teams with 38 members on the Director's Honor Roll, followed by men's track & field/cross country with 33. Women's rowing had 32 members on the honor roll, while women's track & field/cross country placed 28 members. Women's swimming & diving followed with 27 while men's water polo and men's soccer had 23 and 22 respectively.
Men's soccer defender Joe Sofia has the highest cumulative GPA (3.956 in Communication Studies) of a student-athlete who has completed at least two years.
