Bill Bennett Position: Sports Information Experience: 20th Year at UCLA Alma Mater: Nebraska '74

Bill Bennett is in his 20th year in the UCLA Sports Information Department. During his lustrous career at the JD Morgan Center, his main responsibilities have included managing the statistics of Bruin teams, scheduling interviews with the press/media and handling mass media coverage of Bruin sports.

He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1974 with a degree in journalism. After college, he accepted a position in the Nebraska Sports Information Department and remained there for 8 years. Following a two-year stint at UNLV, he came to UCLA in time for the hosting of the Summer Olympics and has been true blue ever since.
