Attention All Restaurants and Caterers!

We would like to invite you to join us for our True Blue Celebration event to be held on Saturday, June 7th, 2008 at the John Wooden Center on the UCLA campus. You can play an integral role in making the event a success by participating in our Taste of UCLA portion of the event. Our attendees would greatly enjoy having the opportunity to sample your food and learn more about your restaurant.

Our lead food and beverage sponsor for this year is James Brown and San Pedro Brewing Company. James is a UCLA Alumnus and was the first restaurateur to support our efforts at the inaugural True Blue Celebration. Each year, he has increased his participation, and this year he will be providing his trademark brews and a signature cocktail along with his tri-tip sandwiches for all attendees. We are hoping that you will join James and San Pedro Brewing Company as a Taste of UCLA participant, and that you will provide 400 to 600 generous sample sizes of item(s) you have selected to serve and feature. Samples can be of appetizers, breads, main entrée, or dessert - this is the perfect opportunity for you to feature one or more of your signature items, or perhaps promote a new one.
