UCLA Radio Network
The UCLA Sports Network from IMG produces all UCLA football and men's basketball games radio broadcasts.
The 2011-12 school year is UCLA's 15th with in association with Clear Channel Radio. Football and men's basketball games will once again be heard throughout Southern California on AM 570 KLAC , the area's top all-sports station and the flagship of the UCLA Sports Network from IMG.
KLAC's football broadcast includes a two-hour pre-game show (one hour local, one hour network), a post-game show and a call-in show following the network broadcast. The men's basketball broadcast includes network pre- and post-game shows and a call-in show following the network broadcast.
The games and network pre- and post-game shows are produced by IMG College, UCLA's media and corporate rights partner.
In football, Chris Roberts, a four-time Golden Mike Award winner, is in his 20th season as the voice of the Bruins. Former Bruin quarterback Matt Stevens is in his 15th year on the broadcast team and his 11th as the analyst in the booth. Former Bruin quarterback Wayne Cook is in his 10th season as sideline reporter.
Stevens, Cook and KLAC's David Vassegh host the hour local pre-game show while Roberts, Stevens and Cook host the hour network pre-game and network post-game shows. Vassegh also hosts the post-game call-in show.
AM 570 KLAC also provides ancillary programming, including head coach and player interviews during game weeks. The half-hour Bruin Report, which highlights UCLA athletics, airs each Saturday prior to or after the football broadcast.
The football home games will again be streamed in Spanish on www.uclabruins.com with Armando Aguayo and Mario Amaya.
For men's basketball, in addition to Roberts, UCLA's all-time leading scorer Don MacLean also returns to provide basketball analysis. Former Bruins star Tracy Murray wiill be in his second season alongside Roberts on selected games.
UCLA Sports Network from IMG affiliates include KWDJ 1360 AM - Ridgecrest and KCTC 1320 AM in Sacramento.
UCLA Sports Network from IMG football and men's basketball games are also available nationally through an agreement with Sirius XM Satellite Radio, the Official Satellite Radio Partner of UCLA Athletics.
Football and men's basketball games can also be heard via the internet at uclabruins.com (a UCLA All-Access pass is needed). uclabruins.com also carries audio broadcasts of many of UCLA's Olympic sports, including women's basketball, wmen's and women's volleyball, men's and women's soccer, baseball and softball, among others.
Based in Winston-Salem, N.C., IMG College is the multi-media rights holder for more than 50 major college athletic programs, conferences, events and venues across the country. That group includes several other Pac 10 institutions, including California and Washington.
