Six track and field athletes have been named to All-Academic teams by the U.S. Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches Association for success in the classroom and on the track during the 2012 outdoor season.

Four women and two men represent the Bruins on this year's teams. Distance runner Katja Goldring, pole vaulters Tasha Kolbo and Liz Goodrich and thrower Ida Storm represent the women's team, while throwers Mark Weber and Derek Eager represent the men's team.

Athletes who competed at the NCAA Prelim Rounds or the NCAA Championships and had GPAs above 3.25 were eligible for the All-Academic teams.
