    PARKING
    The arena has more than 3,500 parking spaces on property, including parking for guests with disabilities. Parking for the UCLA game is free.

    UCLA FAN BUSES
    Park at Jackie Robinson Stadium (click here for directions) for FREE and take a bus with other Bruin fans to the game. The fare is $16 per person and includes round-trip transportation. Fan buses are scheduled to depart from Jackie Robinson Stadium two hours prior to tip-off with the intent of getting you to the venue 30 minutes prior to the start of the game. Buses are scheduled to depart shortly following the game and will return to Jackie Robinson Stadium. Order in advance (minimum of 48 hours prior to each game) by calling (310) 825-2946. Day-of game riders will be accepted on a space-available basis only and must pay cash.

    Accessible Seating: Accessible seating for persons with disabilities is available. Call (310) 825-2946 for more information.

    Alcohol: Patrons may not bring alcohol into the arena. Beer and wine are sold at the arena concession stands. Patrons must provide appropriate photo identification. The sale of beer and wine is discontinued at the end of halftime.

    Banners: Banners are not permitted in Citizens Business Bank Arena during UCLA basketball games.

    Concessions: Citizens Business Bank Arena has some of the most innovative specialty concession stands in the Inland Empire. There's the regional flavor of the pulled pork sandwiches at 4th Street BBQ and fan favorite home made chili and quesadillas at SABOR So Cal. With everything from the grilled burgers and garlic fries at Burger! Burger! to fresh pizzas and Italian style hot sandwiches at CiaoNow!, there's a little something to savor for everyone.

    Containers: All containers, including cans, plastic and glass bottles, thermoses and coolers are not permitted in Citizens Business Bank Arena.

    Customer Service: Should you need assistance, contact the nearest usher or come to the Guest Services Center located on the spectator concourse near Section 111.

    Entrances: All patrons may be subject to search upon entrance to Citizens Business Bank Arena. A list of prohibited items is posted at each entry gate.

    Fan Behavior: We want all Bruin Fans to enjoy UCLA Basketball. Please remember to be considerate of those fans seated near you. Behavior that is disruptive to others may result in ejection from the arena and loss of ticket privileges.

    First Aid: Citizens Business Bank Arena has trained First Aid staff available. Contact the nearest staff member if you are in need of assistance.

    Hours of Operation: Arena doors for all UCLA basketball games open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.

    Lost & Found: Lost & Found is located at the Guest Services Center on the spectator concourse near section 111.

    Lost or Stolen Tickets: If your tickets are lost or stolen, duplicates can be obtained on game day at the Customer Relations window at the arena box office. Duplicates can only be issued for the season ticket holder of record.

    Mix-ups in Seating: If someone is sitting in your seat, please contact the nearest usher.

    Police: Police are located throughout the arena, or contact the nearest usher for assistance.

    Restrooms: Restrooms are located on all levels of the arena. In addition, there are family restrooms located by sections 101, 105, 111, and 204, and there are baby-changing stations inside selected family restrooms as well.

    Seating for Toddlers: Children under 2 years of age are admitted at no charge with a lap pass. Lap passes may be obtained at any entrance on game days.

    Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the Citizens Business Bank Arena.

    Souvenir Items: Novelty merchandise and UCLA souvenir items are sold on the Spectator Concourse near sections 106, 109 and 114.

    Tag-a-kid: Pick up a free i.d. bracelet for your child at the Customer Service booth, on the arena concourse. The bracelet will indicate your child's name and seat location, so that if your child becomes lost, they can be returned to the proper seat.

    Telephones: There are no public telephones available in Citizens Business Bank Arena.

    Video Cameras: Video cameras are not permitted in the Citizens Business Bank Arena.

    Will Call: Will Call service is open 90 minutes prior to tip-off on game day. Will Call is located outside the Arena at the Box Office by the Northeast Entrance.
