Four Football Games Among Early Television Selections

ABC selects Notre Dame, Arizona and USC games among early picks

Four of UCLA's football games have been selected for television thus far.

ABC's early selections include UCLA's games against Notre Dame, Arizona and USC. In addition, the game at Utah will be televised by Versus as part of its contract with the Mountain West Conference.

ABC/ESPN was required to make early selections and non-12:30 p.m. choices by May 1 and three of UCLA's games are on that list. The game against Notre Dame on Oct. 6 at the Rose Bowl will be televised as part of ABC's Saturday Night Prime Time series (5:00 p.m.) PT. The Nov. 3 game at Arizona will kickoff at 12:30 p.m. PT. The Dec. 1 game versus USC at the Coliseum will be televised nationally at 1:30 p.m. PT.

The game at Utah on Sept. 15 will kickoff at 3:00 p.m. MT/2:00 p.m. PT and will be televised nationally by Versus.

ABC/ESPN announced 13 of its 20 Pac-10 selections. The other seven games will be picked on a 12- or six-day selection basis.

Fox Sports Net, which has 18 Pac-10 windows, will announce its early picks on June 1.
