Seattle, WA - At the Last Chance Meet on March 6, held at Dempsey Indoor Stadium in Seattle, WA, sophomore throwers Jake Knight and Jeremy Silverman provisionally qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships. Knight was second in the shot put, throwing 59-1.50 (18.02m). Silverman placed third with a throw o f58-10.25 (17.94m).

Martell Munguia competed in the 800m run. He won the event in 1:50.97, but the mark is not a NCAA qualifying time.

The NCAA Championships will take placed this Friday and Saturday, March 12-13, at Arkansas' Tyson Indoor Track in Fayetteville, AR. The finalized least of athletes accepted to the meet will be announced later today.
