Long Beach Invitational Results Two Bruins compete in the men's pole vault invitational.

Two Bruin vaulters competed at the Long Beach State Invitational. Freshman Mike Landers tied for second with a vault of 16-0.75 (4.90m, NCAA Regional Qualifier). Sophomore Shane Hackett placed ninth with a vault of 4.85m.
