Junior Kevin Craddock (Richmond, CA/James Logan HS) of the UCLA men's track and field team was selected as the UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week (Apr. 28-May 4).

Craddock helped lead the Bruins to an 89-74 dual meet victory over archrival USC on Saturday. In only his second high hurdles race of the season, Craddock blazed to the finish line first in a lifetime-best of 13.46. That mark is the No. 1 wind-legal time in the NCAA this season and ranks No. 2 overall. It also moves him into a tie for No. 2 all-time in school history and No. 10 in Pac-10 history.

This is Craddock's first UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of his career.

Also nominated: Alden Carrithers, Baseball; Kevin Chappell, M. Golf; Amanda Kamekona, Softball; Nicole Leach, W. Track & Field.
