Junior outside hitter Dane Worley (Tustin, Calif/Foothill HS) of the UCLA men's volleyball team was selected as the UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week for Mar. 11-17.

Worley, also the AVCA National Player of the Week, led UCLA to a pair of road victories at No. 3 Long Beach State and No. 9 Cal State Northridge. At Long Beach State, Worley led all players with career-highs of 26 kills (.409) and 27.0 points, including six kills in the deciding fifth set. At Northridge, he added 12 kills (.404), four aces and three block assists for 17.5 points in the 3-2 victory. For the week, he hit .406, averaged 3.8 kills per set and 4.45 points per set - all figures well above his season averages.

This is Worley's first UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of his career.
