UCLA seniors Thomas Amberg and Jeremy Casebeer earned MPSF All-Academic Team honors, the conference announced Wednesday.

Amberg, who started 29 matches, compiled a 3.11 gpa in Sociology, while Casebeer, a 28-match starter, recorded a 3.13 gpa in Political Science. Both players will graduate this year.

Amberg earned First-Team AVCA All-America honors in 2012 after recording the nation's fourth-best blocking average, 1.41 bps. He was also selected to the First-Team All-MPSF squad.

Casebeer established career standards for kills (268) and points (313.5) this season
