To kick off Pink Zone festivities this week, UCLA women's basketball head coach Nikki Caldwell participated in "Pauley's Pink Ride" on Sunday.

The poker run sponsored by Bartel's Harley-Davidson in Marina del Rey raised $3,000 for Champions For A Cause, Caldwell's non-profit fundraising organzation. A check presentation from the ride will be made on Friday, Feb. 18 at the Bruins' Pink Zone game against California.

Fans who wear pink to Friday's game will receive $5 general admission, with a portion of ticket sales going to breast cancer research, education and care. Additionally, pink t-shirts will be distributed to the first 2,000 fans in attendance, and the Iris Cantor-UCLA Women's Health Education and Resource Center will have education stations at the game.
