LOS ANGELES -- The 21st ranked UCLA women's golf team finished third at the LSU Fairwood Invitational and senior Amandine Vincent captured individual medalist honors for the second time this season.
The Bruins fired a three-round total of 913 over the par 72, 5,835-yard Fairwood Country Club, highlighted by their first round 298, which was 10-over par and just two strokes off the lead. UCLA's third place finish was their best of the season.
Vincent, who won the Dick McGuire Invitational in September, shot 73-72-75--220 to capture first place honors by one stroke over LSU's Katy Wilkinson.
