1999 — Started every game at shortstop … Hit the game-winning home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to defeat DePaul 3-2 in the opening game of the College World Series … Went 2-for-2 at the plate in the 2-1 semifinal win over DePaul … Had the final putout of the year for the NCAA Champion Bruins … Blasted her first collegiate home run in game one of a doubleheader against Cal State Northridge on March 31 … In that game, her seventh-inning home run broke a 1-1 tie, to give UCLA a 2-1 victory … Had just 10 errors in 219 chances, all at shortstop.
