MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Two UCLA seniors were selected in Wednesday's National Pro Fastpitch College Draft, as Andrea Harrison was picked in the first round (4th overall) by the USSSA Florida Pride and Katie Schroeder was chosen in the second round (6th overall) by the Chicago Bandits.

All drafted players are not eligible to sign contracts or commit to professional teams until the completion of their college season per NCAA rules and regulations.

Harrison will join former Bruins Andrea Duran and Natasha Watley on the USSSA Florida Pride. UCLA will be represented on three of the four NPF teams, as former Bruin GiOnna DiSalvatore is a member of the Carolina Diamonds.

Since 1997, 21 former Bruins have played in the NPF.
