Junior Paige Thompson placed seventh on the one-meter springboard on Friday at the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships in Oklahoma City, OK with a combined score of 520.55. USC's Blythe Hartley won the competition with a score of 612.30. Thompson moved from 10th in the prelims to seventh in the final round of dives. On Thursday, the junior finished 10th on the three-meter with a score of 455.95.

Junior Amanda Blong, who placed ninth on the three-meter (456.75) on Thursday, finished 10th on the one-meter with a score of 507.70. Senior Janine Strack placed 12th (494.60), while freshman Brittany Renfrow finished 30th (187.35).

Qualifying continues on Saturday with the platform competition.
