LOS ANGELES - The UCLA women's volleyball team earned a #9 national seed in the 64-team NCAA Tournament field, which was announced on Sunday, as the Bruins will host Maryland Eastern Shore, San Diego and Long Beach State on Dec. 2 and 3 at the John Wooden Center.

The Bruins, owners of a 24-6 overall record and a second-place finish in the Pac-12 Conference (17-5), will host Maryland Eastern Shore on Friday at 8 p.m. In the first game of the day at Collins Court at the JWC, San Diego will face Long Beach State at 5:30 p.m. The winners of Friday's matches will play in the second round on Saturday at 7 p.m.

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore, out of Princess Anne, Md., won the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference regular season and tournament titles to earn the league's automatic bid into the field of 64. UMES is playing in its first-ever NCAA Tournament in the 28-year history of the program. The Hawks are currently on a 19-match winning streak, finishing the regular season with a similar 24-6 mark to the Bruins.

Tickets may be purchased at the John Wooden Center on the day of the match. All-Session packages will also be available through the UCLA Ticket Office (310-UCLA-WIN) or online via Ticketmaster.

All-Session packages for all three matches are $18 for adults and $10 for students and youths. Single-session tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for students and youths and are only available on the day of the match at the John Wooden Center ticket office. All tickets are general admission, first-come first-served.
