Junior center forward Natalie Golda (La Habra, CA/Rosary HS) of the UCLA Women's Water Polo Team was selected as the UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week, for the week of Mar. 3-9.

Golda led UCLA to the team title at the UCSB Invitational Tournament, scoring a tournament-high 10 goals in four Bruin victories. In the Bruins' opening game of the tournament, she scored two goals in a 14-2 win over Redlands. Against Loyola Marymount later that day, she notched a UCLA single-game record six goals as the Bruins defeated the Lions, 12-5. In the semifinals, she helped the third-ranked Bruins upset second-ranked USC, 7-3. And in the championship game against top-ranked Stanford, she scored two goals to lead UCLA to a 7-3 win that gave the Cardinal its first loss of the year. It was UCLA's first win over Stanford in three tries this season.

This is Golda's first UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and her career.
