Donation Requests


Thank you for your interest in UCLA Athletics! The UCLA Athletic Department receives a high volume of donation requests from various organizations each year and makes every attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible. Each request is considered for a donation; however, the following guidelines help to ensure donations are given in accordance with NCAA regulations and departmental guidelines.

Organization Criteria:
An organization will ONLY be considered if it meets the following criteria:
  • Non-profit 501(c)(3), charitable, and or educational organization
  • Within a 60-mile radius of the UCLA campus
  • Special consideration will be awarded to UCLA, organizations affiliated with UCLA athletics, and the university.
  • Donations can only be awarded to an organization once per year.
  • According to NCAA regulations, donations cannot be given in order to provide or arrange financial assistance directly or indirectly, for prospective student-athletes (defined as any student in grades 9-12, except in the sport of men's basketball, softball or women's volleyball this extends to students in grades 7-12).
Donation Guidelines:
  • UCLA will donate (2) tickets to a pre-selected UCLA home football game.
  • Due to limited availability, tickets to the UCLA-USC football game, will not be awarded.
  • Due to limited availability, tickets to Men’s Basketball games will not be awarded.
Request must be received at least four weeks prior to the date of your event to be considered.
The Donation Request Form must be completed in its entirety before submission for consideration.

All donation requests are subject to review by UCLA Athletics for NCAA compliance purposes. A submitted request does not guarantee UCLA Athletics will be able to fulfill your request.
